Dwayne the Martian Meet Dwayne. Defender of Mars. Shoots laser bullets out of his eye. Doesn’t talk much. Also…he hates bombs. Martian Civilian Looks a lot like Dwayne, but smaller and a different shade of green. Constantly running for its life because some jerk is dropping bombs on its home.
Above is a short video comparing the Martian Law prototype to the finished game. The main game loop was established in the prototype. This included a basic menu system, one level and core gameplay. The prototype only included one enemy type and one power-up (shield).
We recently added some Steam achievements to Martian Law. Linclo Games is proud to announce our first game title – Martian Law! Martian Law is a stylized arcade shooter where you fight off an endless barrage of enemy bombs, allowing the innocent Martians to escape to the safety of their underground bunker. Use power-ups to stay alive as long as you can.
Welcome! We are Linclo Games, a new independent game development company located in the Austin, Texas area. Creating arcade-inspired video games is what we do. Our debut game title is scheduled to launch on the PC in 2019. Our website is brand new and still needs a bit of work.
